          • Always bow and greet your instructor and fellow students.

          • Hold the door open for others entering the training area.

        • Integrity:

          • Admitting a mistake during sparring even if the referee didn't see it.

          • Reporting any rule violations even if it's your friend who broke the rule.

        • Perseverance:

          • Keep practicing a difficult kick even if you struggle with it.

          • Train regularly, even when you don't feel like it or when it's challenging.

        • Self Control:

          • Refraining from using excessive force during sparring.

          • Avoiding negative comments or actions towards others, especially in frustrating situations.

        • Indomitable Spirit:

          • Pushing through exhaustion to complete a challenging training session.

          • Not giving up during a tough sparring match, even when you're losing.​Remember, these are just examples and can vary based on individual experiences and situations.
